If you had to live in a different time, what would it be and why?~Family History Tuesday~

If I had to live in a different time, what would it be...and ...why?


I'm not sure how to answer this question. After thinking about it for some time I have concluded this: I'd love to visit and observe during the time and place that my parents, grandparents, etc. lived in.  I would love to be able to see who they were, what was important to them and what shaped them.
